To import historical production data to your account, you need to upload a CSV file with your well information. In this article, we'll cover the process of saving an Excel file as a CSV type.
1. Once you have your data structured, click on File, then Save As
2. Name your file and from the File Type dropdown, select CSV (Comma Separated Values). You also need to select the location on your computer to save your file.
3. You will see a message asking if you want to continue saving the file as a CSV type. Click Continue.
After that, you can use the file to upload your historical production data to iWell.
