FAQ: How do I know if a user's account active?

To confirm if a user account is active: 

1. Hover over to the Manage tab, then select Users

2. Check the Status column, located on the right side of the Users table. If the account is not active it will read Inactive. 

3. If the user has trouble activating his account, you can do it for them. In the User detailed screen, mark the checkbox of the account you want to activate.

3.1 Next, in the Quick Edit section, use the form to manually update the status of the account to Active. When done, click Apply.

NOTE. If you need to update the email address and password, the user needs to be connected to the Internet in order to access the application (iPad, iPhone or Web) with his new credentials
