When entering data or viewing reports from your devices (iPhone or iPad), you might encounter issues with the account. If that’s the case, you can delete the information stored on your device and download a fresh copy from iWell’s servers.
If you’ve already entered production data for the day, it is recommended that before deleting your database, you sync your device. This will prevent any loss of data you’ve already recorded for the day.
