iWell lets you save your report searches and email them to any user that's registered

Creating New Email Reports
Account administrators can create and manage email reports, as well setting up recurrent emails and recipients.
To start sending your reports via email;
1. On your main menu, select Reports.
2. Build your report by filling out the required fields:
Date range: Last 7, 30, 180 or 365 days. You can set custom dates as well.
Show by: Show information by individual Well, Group of Wells or Leases
Display by: Production by Well, or by dates.
Group by: Group production data by Day, Week or Month.
Show comments entered for each Well.
3. To email your report, click on the envelope icon, located in the top-right corner of your screen.
3.1 Next step is to select the recipients of your email. You can either select from the existing users in your account, or you can add as many as required.
On this same window, you can:
Include attachments to your email (PDF or CSV data)
Schedule the report to go out on a different date
If you wish to send the email right away, click on the Email Now button, located on the right

4. To save your reports for future reference, click on the Save icon, located to the right of the Edit Report button

5. To manage saved reports, click on the Manage Reports button. You can edit the search criteria, the email recipients (if any) as well as the scheduling parameters.
