iWell’s dashboard lets you quickly view production data, add or remove Well Groups, add or remove individual Wells. Learn more about it here

iWell’s dashboard lets you quickly view production data, add or remove Well Groups, add or remove individual Wells, enter production data and create visually enhanced graphs for your reporting needs.

Dashboard Basics

iWell lets you get a quick glance into your total production of oil, gas, and water. There are multiple quick view options you can use to manage your Oil & Gas assets.

1. Side menu actions. By clicking the side menu, you will have access to all your Well Groups. By selecting the Well Group, you will get a quick snapshot of your production (oil, gas, and water).

1.1 If you want to edit existing Well Groups or add additional Wells to your listing, click on the pencil icon, next to the search box.

1.2 To create a Well Group, click Add Well Group, and you will see a list of all registered Wells in your Account. Simply name the group and select the Wells you want to associate with the new group. 

1.3 If you wish to add a Well to an existing Well Group, click on Add Wells. You will see a list of Wells from which you can select your group.

1.4 To rearrange your Well Groups, click on the three-line icon, to the right of the Well Group. 

1.5 To rearrange your Well Groups, click on the three-line icon, to the right of the Well Group.

1.6 When you’re Done rearranging your Well or Well Groups, make sure to click DONE to save the changes you just made.

2. Summary tab. This tab will show a daily production overview, as well as the last update. You can also view a production graph which can be seen by different intervals (7, 30, 180 and 365 days). On the last subsection of the summary tab, you can view daily production for previous days.

3. Oil. By clicking on the Oil tab, you’ll have detailed statistics for Oil production (Production, Daily Average, Goals). If you need to view detailed Oil production, click on the View More link. The platform will take you to the Production Reports. (View Available Reports).

4. Gas. Similar to the Oil tab, when clicked, you will view detailed Gas production for your selected Well Groups. 

5. Water. The Water tab contains all the reported water production for available Wells. 

6.1. We have added two more features to the dashboard, one of them being water injection for all your injection wells.

6.2. Our second added feature is the Disposal tab to keep track of all your information.

Quick access menu. 

The quick access menu on the upper right side of your screen lets you:

  • Create and view line graphs

  • Enter production data for your Wells

  • View comments made on your Wells / Well Groups

  • View all Wells assigned to your Well Group 

6. Line graph. View a graphic report of your Well’s production.


7. Pumper Reporting/Input production data. By clicking on the pump jack icon, you can input the production data of your Wells.

8. Pictures. A great feature if you need to add additional information to your wells.

8.1. Comments. View the comments made on your Wells / Well Groups.


9. List of Wells. You can view the list of Wells associated with a Well Group.

Searching for individual Wells

You can search for individual Wells associated with a Well Group. Click on the derrick icon, on the upper right side of your screen. You can use the Search Box or click View All, which will show you all the Wells in the Well Group.

10. Last 30 Days of Total Production. view the production for your well/wells for the last 30 days.

11. Run Tickets. in this section you will be able to search for the run tickets entered by date range, well name or both, well name/date range.

12. Surveillance. This new feature will help you to keep a closer eye on any well/wells.

13. Alerts. With iWell alerts, you can create and manage alerts to be sent instantly, daily or weekly straight to your inbox or as an SMS message.

14. Feed. This option will give you the benefit of having all photo-related information one click away, this means that any picture that was uploaded by your pumper on any well will be here for you to view.

15. Finally, in the last section, you can view the daily production of your selected Well Group. You can view detailed production data by clicking on a date. If you wish to see the full report, click on Show More.
