The reporting section of the platform, lets you create, review, and export your production data. This is helpful when building production forecast for your Wells, presenting data to investors or submitting State required reports.

How-to Build Reports
To start building reports:
1. On your main menu, select Reports
2. You will see a list of available reports in the platform. You can select a report view by clicking on the View Report button or on the name of the report, on the left side menu.
2.1 To start building your report, fill the form in the Build Your Report section:
Date range: Last 7, 30, 180 or 365 days. You can set custom dates as well.
Show by: Show information by individual Well, Group of Wells or Leases
Display by: Production by Well, or by dates.
Group by: Group production data by Day, Week or Month.
Show comments entered for each Well.
2.2 Choose the Wells you want to include in the report. You can select individual Wells or Well Groups.
2.3 If you wish to save this search for further reference, enter the desired name of your search and click Go to save it. When you’re ready to generate the report, click Generate Report.
2.4 The platform will then generate the report for you. If you wish to edit the search criteria, click Edit Search.
2.5 You will be taken back to previous screen, where you can edit the search criteria of your report.
Exporting your Reports
3. You can export your generated reports in an Excel (CSV) or PDF format. To export the report, click on the PDF or CSV icon on the upper right corner of your screen. The platform will automatically save the document on your computer.
3.1 If you wish to print the report, click on the Printer icon, on the upper right hand corner of your screen. You need to have a printer setup in order to print the document.
