How-to: Manage your Wells on iPad

Using the Reports app for iPad, you can manage the Wells that have been linked to your account. Learn how with this article

On your iWell Reports app for iPad, you can add Wells or Well Groups associated to your account. If you think you should have access to a Well or Well Group, contact your account administrator or iWell support.

This article will cover the following topics:

  • Editing Well Groups

  • Creating new Well Groups

  • Adding Individual Wells to your Sidebar

To start managing your Well Groups and Wells:

1. Tap the pencil icon, located in upper left side of your sidebar

2. This will prompt the edit screen on your application. To rearrange the Well Groups, simply drag a group in the desired order. If you wish to delete the Group from your Sidebar View, tap the red icon, located on the left side. If the group was assigned to you by your company administrator you will not be able to delete the group.

3. To create a new Well Group, tap the + icon, located in the upper left side of your Manage screen. Tap Groups.

4. Simply name the Group, and select the Wells you wish to add to the new group. When you’re finished, tap Done.

NOTE. You will only see the Wells associated to your account. If you think there’s missing Wells, contact your account Administrator or iWell support. 

Adding Individual Wells to your Sidebar

5. To add individual Wells to your home screen, tap the + icon, located in the upper left side of your Manage screen. This will display the list of Wells associated to your account. Just select the Well and it will be automatically added to your home screen.

NOTE. You will only see the Wells associated to your account. If you think there’s missing Wells, contact your account Administrator or iWell support.
