Sidebar
If you’re holding your iPad vertically or in portrait mode, tap on the icon with the three lines, located on the upper left side of your screen. This will unlock your sidebar.
If you’re holding the iPad horizontally or in landscape mode, the sidebar will always appear.
Sync Button
In the upper right corner of the sidebar, you will see the Sync button (this button has two arrows going in a circle). It’s important to tap the Sync button the first time you use the iWell Pumper for iPad, this will download your account settings (e.g. Well Access, Custom Fields, etc.) to your device.
Tip: If you don't remember if you synced your device or had a poor cell signal at the location, sync your device once you're at home connected to your Wi-Fi or before starting your next day.
NOTE. You need to have an active Internet connection in order to sync your device with the iWell servers.
Well Groups
Below the Sync button, you will see the Groups of Wells assigned to your account. You will also see two columns; Reported and Sync.
The Reported column represents whether or not you’ve entered production for all the Wells in the group. Once you’ve entered the information on the wells associated with that group, the red icon will change to green.
The Sync column represents whether or not you’ve sent the entered production to the iWell servers. Once you’ve sent the data in, the red icon will change to green.
In the lower-left corner of the sidebar, you will notice two icons, the Settings and Information icons.
Settings
By tapping the Gear icon (Settings), you will see:
Remember Me. By turning this option ON, you will remain logged in to your account until you manually log out of the app. Please note that green represents ON.
Send Logs to iWell Support. This will help the iWell team have a better understanding of the information stored on your device.
Reset Database. By tapping the Reset button, you will delete the stored data on your device. Do not use this option unless asked to by an iWell representative.
