How-to: Update Company Information

If you need to update your company address, phone number, name or logo, you can learn how to do it in this article

You can easily update your company information and global preferences. You must have an administrator role or you can call iWell support for assistance. 

To update your company information:

1. Go to your Main Menu and hover over Manage and then click on Settings

2. In the Company Information sub tab you can update the following fields:

  • Company Name

  • Address (City, State and Zip Code)

  • Company Logo

  • Company Administrator (who in your account will have the admin role). You may have more than one company administrator but this will designate the administrator for iWell to contact if there's a problem with your account.

When you’re done, click Save.

3. The Global Settings sub tab lets you add the production units (Oil, Gas, Water) for your account. This description will be used across the entire iWell platform, including iWell Reports, iWell Pumper and the Admin Portal.

In the same sub tab you can turn on/off the following:

  • Email snapshots. Production snapshots sent to your email on a weekly basis

  • Negative production. Allows you to keep track of negative production

  • RRC Report. Allows your account to generate the Texas RailRoad Commission PR Monthly Report 

When you're done, click Save.
