You can easily update your account information. If you wish to update account information, you need an administrator role or you can call iWell support.
To update your account information:
1. Hover over to your name in the upper right corner of the screen, click My Account
2. In the information detail screen, you can edit the account email address, password and phone number. Keep in mind, if you update the password or email address, you will need to update your credentials in all devices and applications. When done, click Save.
3. In the Preferences sub tab, you can turn on/off your account snapshots. If turned on, this option will send weekly email snapshots of your production. When done, click Save.
