Updating Individual Profile Information

Account administrators can update existing users, as well as their access to Wells and Well Groups, depending on their role.

To add a user profile:

1. Hover over the Manage tab, then select Users.

2. To edit a profile, click on the user name, or on the edit button on the right of the screen.

3. In the user account detail screen, you can update the following fields:

  • Name (this is the username for administrative purposes)

  • Email address (this is the username for login purposes)

  • Phone number (optional)

  • Password

  • Account role

  • Custom permissions

Click Save.

NOTE. If you need to update the email address and password, the user needs to be connected to the Internet in order to access the application (iPad, iPhone or Web) with his new credentials.

Updating Well Access

4. Select which Well(s) or Well Group(s) the user can view. You can use the search boxes to quickly update Well Access. If want to give a user access to all wells in your account, click Select All.

Click Save when you're done.

Updating Custom Field Access

5. Every Custom Field has 3 options:

  • Edit. User has the ability to enter data into the platform

  • View. User can only see the entered data

  • None. User can't see or edit data

You can quickly edit multiple items. Select the fields you want to update, and from the drop-down menu on the lower left side, select None, View or Edit. Click Save.

Deactivating User Profiles

6. If you want to temporarily disable a user profile, select Account detail tab and click the Inactive checkbox. This will disable all the user on the platform without deleting his information or account settings.
