To add a user group:

1. Hover over the Manage tab, then select Users

2. Select the User Groups tab on top of your screen.  Click + New User Group

3. Fill in the name of the group and the enabled apps. You can activate the group on the fly or later. Now, you need the choose the users that will belong to the group. Keep in mind that the platform will only show the User and Supervisor roles.

Click Save & Continue.

4. Choose which Well(s) or Well Group(s) the Group can view. Click Save.

5. Next step is to grant access to Custom Fields (e.g. Casing PSI, Choke Size, etc.) or RRC Report Fields if your Well is located in Texas. When you’re done, click Save.

NOTE. Every user in the group will have the groups settings apply to them. Group settings will override any individual setting you may have set up for the user.
