If a user has trouble activating his account, you can do it for them. Just follow these quick steps:
1. Hover over the Manage tab, then select Users
2. In the User detailed screen, mark the checkbox of the account you want to activate.ย
3. Next, in the Quick Edit section, use the form to manually update the status of the account to Active. When done, click Apply.
NOTE. If you need to update the email address and password, the user needs to be connected to the Internet in order to access the application (iPad, iPhone or Web) with his new credentials.
