Resending email invitation
Follow these quick steps to resend their account activation email.
1. Hover over the Manage tab, then select Users
2. Find the User's Name on the main users table and then click the Resend Invitation link in the status column. Make sure the user has a valid email address and that the user has checked his Spam and Junk folders if he has not received the activation email.
Once you've clicked on the link, you will see that the invitation has been sent.
The user will receive an email with an activation link and a set of instructions to start using iWell and the apps enabled in his account.

3. If the user has trouble activating his account, you can do it for them. In the User detailed screen, mark the checkbox of the account you want to activate.
3.1 Next, in the Quick Edit section, use the form to manually update the status of the account to Active. When done, click Apply.
NOTE. If you need to update the email address and password, the user needs to be connected to the Internet in order to access the application (iPad, iPhone or Web) with his new credentials.
