Keeping tabs on key wells and metrics is a critical task and we've come up with a way to facilitate access to your well data.
Users with Admin and iWell Reports access can use Well Surveillance. For non-admin users, they can only see the wells they have access to.
On this guide you will find:
How to add wells to your surveillance view
Setting up Well Surveillance
On your home page, click on the Surveillance icon, between the Run Tickets and Graph modules.
2. On the Surveillance page, click on the Settings button to get started.
3. On the setup screen, you can name your well surveillance tab (e.g. remote monitoring, high producing, etc.).
To add a well to your surveillance tab, type the name of the well on the Search Bar
4. Once you've selected your well, you can choose from the following available metrics;
Total Production Values (Oil, Gas and Water)
Tank and Meter Readings
Monitor Readings
Custom Field Data
Once you've selected your data, click Save to finalize the setup.
Once created, you can view the Last Update (day counter), and the last and previous reading for the selected metric.
5. You can add as many wells as you need on your Surveillance Tab and iWell lets you arrange your view using a grid system (single row, two or three wells per row).
Adding a new tab
6. To add a new surveillance tab, click on the Add New Tab link. You will need to select the wells and metrics on the new well view.
Duplicating or deleting a tab
7. If you need to duplicate or delete a well surveillance tab, you can by clicking on the Drop Down Arrow. There you can either delete or duplicate a well view
