This article contains the following topics:

  • creating an Error Report

  • saving a report

  • editing criteria for a report

On your iWell account homepage, click on the 'Reports' tab, on the top-left hand side of the screen.

Once you are on the Reports page, you will see a list of the various reports you can run on iWell.

An Error Report is used to double-check that your pumpers are consistent and accurate in capturing and recording tank readings and production totals.

We recommend that you run an Error Report every month, and correct any errors in order to keep the tank balances accurate.

Scroll down, and you can click on 'Error Report' on the left-side column, or on 'View report' next to the Error Report option on the right.

Once you are on the Error Report page, you will need to choose the view options that you need.

You will need to select a Date Range (today, this month, last month, last 60 days, etc). You can also create a custom date range, by clicking on 'Custom' and entering between which two dates you would like to see the report for.

You will now need to search for the Well(s), Well group(s), or Lease(s) that you want to include in the Error Report.
Type in whichever you require. If you only want a few from a specific group, you can search for the group, and uncheck those that you do not need.

Click on 'Run Report' when you have selected all the wells you need.

Once the report is generated, you will have a list of all the errors in the tank readings.

Production Mismatch: the readings do not add up to match the Total Production

Inconsistent Readings: the 'Current Reading' does not match the next 'Last Reading'; or the current 'Last Reading' does not match the previous 'Current Reading'.

e.g.
error message:

This means that the 'Last Reading' on July 17th, does not match the 'Current Reading' for July 16th.

So, you would need to change the 'Current Reading' for the 17th to match the 'Last Reading' for the 16th.

If everything matches and there are no errors, you will not generate any report.
