Creating transport types
Seal ON / OFF settings
Adding and managing Hauling companies
Adding and managing run tickets custom fields
To get started, go to your Main Menu and click Manage, then Settings
2. On the left tab, click on the Run Tickets sub-menu
Managing Haul Types
3. You can create and manage different Haul types. iWell has by default Oil Sale and Water Haul. To add a new type, click on the New Type link.
You'll notice that you can set the new type to add, subtract or none. This indicates how you want the ticket to affect production calculations. A sales ticket is typically added into production numbers to offset the negative that is recorded due to the drop in the tank level because of the haul. A water draw on an oil tank is typically subtracted from oil production.
Managing Transport Types
4. Additionally, you can set different transport types for your haul. The most common is Trucked, which references a hauling company truck. You can create your own and set it for oil or water hauls.
Seal ON / OFF Settings
5. You can set the Seal ON / OFF fields as required on your wells. Simply click on the Change link. This will prompt a new window, where you can select the well(s) or well group(s) that require the pumper to fill the Seal ON / OFF field.
Adding and Managing Hauling companies
6. iWell lets you create a directory of hauling companies that you work with. To start, click on the New Hauling Company link.
This will prompt a new window where you'll need to fill out the Hauling Company information. When you're done, click Save.
Adding and Managing Custom Fields for Run Tickets
7. As another addition to the Run Tickets module, now you can track custom field data / metrics. To create a new custom field, click on the New Run Ticket Custom Field link.
This will prompt a window where you'll need to name your custom field, choose a type, select the measuring unit and set a default value. When you're done, click Save.
NOTE. The custom field will be be shown on every run ticket you submit.
